The Third Thursday of each month at 6pm the Board of Directors of the Julian Chamber of Commerce Meet.

For those wishing to give public comment, it takes place at the beginning and each speaker is allotted 5 minutes. No decisions are made at that time. It is simply a time for the board to hear you.
